The size of jacket corresponds closely to your actual chest measurement (ie a size 40r is to fit a 40 chest) . The Jacket fitting or height is indicated by the letter after the chest size. In this example by the letter "r" which stands for regular fitting.
Most of our jackets are available in 3 height fittings, short(s), regular(r) and long(l).

In order to determine which length of jacket fits you, you may need to refer to the size chart below. Our sizes are fairly standard unless specified and as such if you normally wear a 42 long for example then it is likely our 42 long will fit you with all but a few exceptions.

The key to getting the right length of jacket is to look at both the crown to cuff measurement and the jacket length. It is better if the jacket length covers your trouser seat but sometimes this can result in the jacket sleeve being either too short or too long depending on whether you have a long body or not. We would recommend to get the jacket length as close as possible and if necessary alter the sleeve length accordingly. This isnt always possible given time constraints but if you wish to speak to someone for advice please do so, we have a full in-house tailoring department that can handle alterations to both jacket sleeves and trouser bottoms fairly quickly at most times of the year. We operate retail hours 9am- 5.30pm Monday to Staurday and you can either speak to one of our tailors or sales staff who will advise you of any alterations that may be necessary.
