We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the Shopping Cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, JCB, Switch & Electron. If an item is out of stock we are able to back order items. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are in stock and ready to be shipped. You will then be informed. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Product Representation
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on the specifications of your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
Order
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed on this website. Non-acceptance of an order may result from one of the following:
- The product ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
The identification of an error within the product information including price or promotion If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
Ownership
Ownership of invoiced goods does not transfer to the customer until payment is made in full, but receipt of goods transfers responsibility for insurance to the customer. Transit Damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours. This website does not constitute an offer for sale. All photographs are for representative purposes only and do not necessarily accurately portray the products.
Delivery Schedule
We will send your order to you within 4 business days. Items will be forwarded via Royal Mail with delivery charged as follows:
- Suits £5:00
- All other items £2:95
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Notification of Order Progression
Upon receipt of your order you will automatically receive an e-mail notifying you that we are in receipt of your order. If we only have part of your order in stock, we may "part-ship". However, if we are encountering more than a short delay in fulfilling your order we will notify you of the likely time delay.
Tax Charges
All our prices are inclusive of VAT and are subject to change without notice.
Guarantee
We are delighted that you have chosen to make a purchase from eveningsuit.co.uk, however we realise that sometimes things go wrong and therefore we offer the following policy guidelines to protect you as our customer and hopefully to ensure your customer satisfaction.
Refunds
All faulty or damaged goods can be exchanged or refunded by simply returning the goods to our postal address and/or contacting us at sales@eveningsuit.co.uk or phoning the office on 01332 344477 within 28 days of purchase.
Returns and Exchanges
Even with the best will in the world some items may develop faults once you have received them. We endeavour to sort out all warranty issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. We are happy to exchange goods purchased from us within 28 days of purchase providing they are undamaged and fit for resale. The guarantee includes all manufacturing defects but does not include damage caused by misuse, unusual factors or wear and tear.
Our refund and returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
